WAKE UP VODACOM!!!

I have been to the vodacare walk in centre in gateway on the 27-02-2013 and i have provided my proof of purchase and I.D to have my now recovered BB unblacklisted. they asked me to fill a form which they faxed to the relevant department. they lady at the store assured me that it will be done in 24 hours well now its well over 48 hours and still blacklisted. i call the customer care line and they are only interested in the contracts that i have but they dont understand that the phone was bought cash and i have a slip to prove that. all i want is formy phone to be unblocked so that i can use it again, and dependant on how fast this is resolved i may consider using vodacom in future.
