For no reason I suddenly started having problems with my Cell C speedstick.
The connection keeps disconnecting and it is becoming almost impossible to use.
I called Cell C on the 14th of March 2013 (Ref 1762679) and then again on the 27th of March I have been waiting patiently for two months for Cell C to fix the problem.
It is all very frustrating and the problem has continued and got worse.
A technician (Nathan) came to my residence on the 3rd of April, he said the signal was fine but there was some sort of problem and they would fix it.
I phoned the technician a week after the visit, who said they were still looking into it.
The problem still persists. I have had no contact from Cell C. I am very disappointed.
Now looking at other internet service providers and hope I do better with another company.
