I took out a Cell C modem in November 2012. On Saturday 16 March 2013 my modem started to give problems, I called customer service and they told me that there was an internet connection problem an their Technicians was sorting out the problem. Sunday morning I called in again to check whether the problem was solved and they confirmed that the problem was solved and that I should go to the nearest Cell C Store to check the device which I did immediately and in the store they confirmed that the sim card is the problem, they told me they would'nt be able to assist me with the problem because I took out the contract through Cell C Direct and I should contact them. I'm unable to get through to Cell C Direct, I got through to the customer service department instead, they informed me that I should do a sim swop, I refuse to pay R150 for a sim swop if the fault was not caused by me. I already had to pay R200 on Saturday 08 March 2013 for a sim swop as I was mugged last week and the service that I received from the call centre relating to that sim swop was terrible, each agent had their own opinion and they wasted my time I'm even still waiting on them to call me back for last weeks simswop
