Paying for something that gives you problem

Since February i have been experience some problem about Cell C whereby I was unable connect to the internet using 3G modern that I have from Cell C, I then place a complain about that and Cell C sent their Technician on the 11-04-2013 to resolve the problem, thereafter the Technician confirm that there is a problem around Pretoria and Cell C are busy with it. On the same day I went to Cell C at Brooklyn Mall Pretoria to close the contract because I can't pay for something that I 'm not using and the lady by the name of Mercia she told me that she will send the document to their Head Office and Head Office will call me and they never call me until I call them on the 19-05-2013 and I spoke Nosipho she then tell me that I have to pay R450.00 for cancelation of the contract and R120.00 as usually. I was stressful about that and asking myself why Cell C they treat their customer like this, February, March and April I have been paying something that I 'm not using and that was not my fault but their fault. Now it connect but after few minutes disconnect itself but when I use my phone as a modern it connect straight forward no problem. Before I was happy and it never gave me problems.
