I live in Parklands Cape Town and have been experiencing erratic cell phone reception for almost 2 months now. Calls are being dropped and we are unable to access the internet. also my ipad which carriers a micro sim from cell c is not being used there is literally no signal, the 3G connection is non existent often not even displaying EDGE. I am unable to email or receive mails which is needed for work.
There is an OBVIOUS PROBLEM in our area but cell c refuses to help us out in actual fact they are completely ignorant about the problem. I am getting sick and tired of waiting for someone to call me back the buck is being passed from one person to the next. All I have ever asked for was for a technician to come out to my home and test the signal strength and then advice me accordingly, this is not a lot to ask for. I get the impression cell c doesn't mind if you change service providers but that is not an option right now. Cell c wake up as consumers we are being done in contracts are being breached etc... your slogan is misleading it should read the power is in cell c's hands.
