Mtn has opened a account using my details and have handed me over to VVM and threatening to blacklist me for their negligence. How is it possible that they let the account run up to R26 000.00 without even phoning me to confirm if I wanted 2 accounts???
Have now done all the running around and been very inconvenianced to prove my innocence due to their negligence... They are still harassing me with calls from VVM and constant sms. Threats of Blacklisting etc. But in the mean time seem to be doing nothing to resolve the case...
