Cheapest service provider for a reason

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Y Pro sometime in September at CNA. After a week it started giving me problems. The phone would charge for hours and then (while in air plane mode) discharge completely within 8 hours. It took cell c a month to fix that. Then it started dropping my calls and signal was a problem. I live in Pta, and my parents are both at cell c with no connection issues. So I handed it in for repairs and after another month received it back. It worked fine for a week or so before my calls started to get dropped again. Before handing it in again I sent cell c an email stating my problem, to witch my only answer was that they will reply shortly... After another month in the shop the problem was not fixed, so I went to CNA to give the device back. They did not accept the phone but set some process in motion. After three weeks of no feedback cell c phoned me to ask if my phone now fine! I have had the phone for 8 months and it has been under repair for 4 months now.
Cell c is the cheapest service provider and now I can see why!
