There were so many lines at MTN Gateway and Pavillion when I went to get my new phone a few weeks ago, and the Gateway branch directed me to the new branch on Umhlanga Rocks Drive, next to the Harley Davidson store and it was amazing! What a pleasure! Their numbering system instead of queues works ...
