Dear Escalation team.
Thank you for responding, but it no use you just keep escalating my order! I had another appointment with Telkom yesterday, I even phoned them on Monday to confirm. Guess what!?!?! Telkom was a NO SHOW AGAIN!!! This is the worst service I have ever received! What am I to do now? Get another escalation number? What is the use?
Just send a technician and install my new line and finish the job. It's really not an unreasonable request!
