I went in today, 15/05/2013, for an upgrade. I said that I only had 20 minutes and we need to do as much as we can in that time period. ALL DONE (CONTRACT SIGNED, PHONE RECEIVED) IN 20 MINUTES!!! Thank you Phillip!
