I went to the gateway mall umhlanga Nandos to place a big order for my staff as the telephone lines where down and i could not even dial out with my cell phone. I get to the store and see a long line, i go to the cashier and ask her if someone can assist me with a order of 32 meals, she says stand at the back of the line (very rudely), i ask her to call her manager and she doesnt. I then ask another emplyee to call the manager which he did, i explaind to the manager what was the issue and she aswel rudely says she can not help me. i then ask her if she really wants to loose out on a huge order which she Doesnt respond too.i looked at her and went away. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE NANDOS GATEWAY!!! I did infact order at nandos lighthouse mall umhlanga and they was glad they got the order! To The owner at NANDOS GATEWAY I HOPE YOU READ THIS AND PLEASE DISCIPLINE YOUR STAFF AS THEY ARE RUDE INCLUDING THE MANAGER!!! I WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE BUYING AT YOUR BRANCH AND I WILL STOP SUPPORTING IT ASWELL PRIVATELY AND FROM A COMPANY WITH 500 STAFF!!!
