Purchased a new Harley Davidson Dyna Fatbob in April 13 for R 195 000 inclusive of some 24K worth of accessories never received. Gold Rand Harley Davidson is now being sold leaving the customers aggravated. Think we need to reconsider dealing with Harley Davidson if this is allowed by their franchise. Personally never had any problems with BMW. Have to believe them now that there is only two bikes on the road. A new BMW and a second hand BMW! Much better ride and not to even talk about honesty and backup service. At least they "walk the talk" and don't allow customers to be stranded with poor after sales service. HARLEY DAVIDSON is referring people to other branches, but what about payed-up customers being done short?
