THEY DONT SENT STATEMENT, TAX INVOICE ECT!

I HAVE AGREED WITH VOCACOM THAT THEY DO NOT SENT MY STATEMENT, TAX INVOICE AND DETAILED BILLING STATEMENT BY POST, BUT OPT FOR EMAILED VERSIONS. ALL WENT WELL BUT NOW THEY DON'T SENT IT OUT ANYMORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVICE ME THAT IF I WANT THE DETAIL BILLING STATEMENT I HAVE TO AGREE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR THIS, DESPITE THE FACT THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR THIS ON MY INVOICE EVERY MONTH. I THINK THIS IS SHOCKING GIVEN THAT THEY CHARGE ME MONTHLY FOR THIS "SERVICE" ON A TAX INVOICE, YET THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. IS THIS A NEW WAY OF THEM TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU (IN MY LANGUAGE THIS IS!). WILL VODACOM GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR THE SERVICE NOT DELIVERRED? HOW CAN VODACOM JUSTIFY THIS PRACTISE? GERHARD FERREIRA
