I REQUSTED AN ITEMISED BILLING SINCE 9AM THIS MORNING AND THE 1ST CONSULTANT SENT ME AN INVOICE, DUUUURRR!!! THE SECOND ONE SPENT 30MIN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE OR WHAT MUST I DO. AFTER WASTING MY TIME SHE FINALLY ADVISED THAT I MUST EMAIL AND FAX THE REQUEST, MAYBE SHE KNEW SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE.
5 HOURS LATER STILL NO RESPONSE, AND I PHONED AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY REQUEST WAS SENT TO THE WRONG DEPT AND HE WILL ESCALATE THE QUERY. TO MY FRUSTRATION I DIALLED AGAIN TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE BILLING DEPT AND HELD FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN TILL THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED.
CAN SOMEONE WHO IS CLUED UP ABOUT WHATS GOING ON THERE CALL ME ASAP.
