Contract Upgrade

Hi,

I went to MTN shop in Boardwalk Shopping Center Richards Bay on 1st of May to Upgrade my Contract and selected the Galaxy S4 as my upgrade phone.

Now 15 days later I'm still waiting for the phone to arrive. The shop cannot give me any answers on when my phone will arrive. This is ridiculous. I know of people who order later than me and have already received their phones from MTN.

I'm seriously considering cancelling my contract with MTN
