I submitted my Samsung Galaxy S4 32gb phone in for repairs for water damage. The repairs where made for free and returned within 21 working days. However the phone I received back was a 8gb S4 instead of the 32gb S4 that I submitted. The sticker with the serial numbers on the back match the phone that I submitted and it also reads 32gb. The phone however only registers 8gb and had strange applications installed on it upon return. I brought this up with management at CellC Fourways and was promised a replacement phone and 400mb data bundle extra to redownload all the apps that I had already installed. I was told that a replacement would be available on 6 November at 13:00 and upon arriving I was told that there was no stock and they would call me. I have not heard anything from them since and now the battery on the 8gb phone that I have is swollen and the phone will not switch on at all.

I would like a brand new phone to be supplied by CellC, sealed and the 400mb of data promised to me. To me it feels as if my phone has been swapped for another one and the sticker merely switched. Unless I am mistaken this is and I am very unhappy with the service of CellC in general!
