I pre-ordered a Blackberry Z10 via Cell C Direct, and it was delivered to me on the 6th of March 2013. In order to get my new phone up and running, I needed to phone Cell C Direct via 08145, but couldn't get through to a consultant. I had the same problem with Customer Service 084140. I also emailed [Email Removed] and sended an sms, but got no response. I went to Cell C Clearwater, paid R150 and was told that my services will be up and running in 20 minutes time. But still had no services. On Sunday the 10th of March 2013 I got hold of a consultant on the Customer Care line, I was told to phone back on monday so that I can be put through to Cell C Direct to do the sim swop, because they are only available during work hours. This is my third upgrade with Cell C and each time I seem to get poor service. Getting tired!!!
