I did reurn goods but still get charged

The 15th of April i got a contract from Yellow mobile over the phone. The goods was delivered and a double debit was put through on my accousing. After using the phone i realised the phone cant use whatsapp. I phoned and cancelled my contract and the goods was pick up where a refund was promissed. Till this date no refund and they still charge my account. Please can i get my money back and stop charging me.
