WAITING ON MY REFUND

I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TO ADVISE THEM THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR 2 MONTHS AND WANT MY FUNDS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED IN THE 29TH OF APRIL 2013, I`M STILL WAITING ON FEED BACK WITH REGARDS TO WHATS HAPPENING WITH MY ACCOUNT. ITS THE 15TH AND STILL NOTHING IN MY BANK ACCOUNT... I CALLED IN SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT ALL OF THEM GAVE ME A DIFFERENT STORY...
