Not honouring their aggreement

My name is Cassius I had an RCS at Spitz and I have not been paying my account for the past year as I was currently not working and they handed me to their lawyers. MBD Inc contacted me and told me that my account was handling by them n that I was listed and I made an arrangement with them to settle my account and they told me they will debit mi account on the 17th October 2013 and that same day I called MBD Inc they told me to call them aftr 3days to give me the settlement letter and when I called aftr a week they told me my account was closed and they don't know what happened and there's was nothing they can do about it and they gave me their service centre and I called them without an answer until on the 11th of November 2013 I decided to call RCS and they told me my account was moved to RL Daly Inc and I called them and I also made an agreement with them to debit money from my account on the 14th November 2013 and yesterday I went to the bank and found dat da funds are still in my account and I went again on the 15th November 2013 and the funds were still in my account. RCS is so unproffessional now my life is on hold I cant get a job because of what is happening
