Worst treatment

I have two contract with telkom mobile for the first time ever i missed a debit on the 25/11/2013, i have been debited more than for times and it kept returning that left me to pay pay bank charges worth R690.00 fair enough i paid for the bank charges so December i made cash payment and took the initiative to contact the call center to advise that the is no funds in my account that they must not debit my account further till January 25th, that's when i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thulani Mokoena (manager) and Thulumusi Mlange who lodged case for me on case:7263836 and i made them aware on recorded line that the is no funds that it will return and am not liable for the bank charges but yet i was still debited and left me with bank charge of R115 i called again to explain, spoke to another agent named Thato Moatshe who was helpful and created case:7268270 for refund but still case sent i was been debited and i also notified her that the is no funds in that account this leaves me with a negative record and bank charges worth R230.00 am so frustrated with this as i notified and all calls are recorded
