I want my money back - you cant debit my account

Budget Business Insurance did not find any funds in my bank account when they debited on the 1 of April (this has never happened before, I am really in a tight corner financially). they tried in 15 days and I still did not have any funds, on the 26th of April the debit of about R1400 went off. I phoned their call centre on Monday the 29th of April and they said that, those funds will be for the month of May. The Call Centre Agent further asked me if I want to take insurance from the 29th of April until end of the month. I said NO. This morning a debit order of R450 came off my account. no notification was given at all.
Please reimburse me. I need my money. don't abuse the fact that you have my banking details. this is unacceptable. I need that money urgently. What is it for in any case?? why was my account debited without my knowledge?? someone please contact me.
