Cell C do not value their clients. Shocking Service

This has got to be the worst Customer Service i have ever come across and Cell C is giving our country a "BAD NAME" as far as service is concerned... cannot wait until this contract to end so i can move to another Service Provider!
My New Cell C contract was supposed to be Debited from a Nedbank account and was continually being debited from a FNB account, i called time and time again and spoke to various call centre agents and still after 6 Months my account was still being debited from FNB acc and not Nedbank.
I was then promised a month free (November 2013) because of the issue... my Nedbank account was debited on the 15th of December, when i called shortly after 15th December they said they were giving me the current month December 2013 free and not November 2013... my account was debited again on 15th January 2014... i then spoke to someone with a bit of authority Siabonga on 16th January 2014 from Customer Care Call centre Manager from Johannesburg (Ps what on earth is Customer Care nowadays plz someone tell me??? I pay blady good money for this???) and He assured me that he would get back to me and he was the right person to speak to???..Im Still Waiting??? so so frustrated!
