Good morning,

I am so dissapointed that u guys did not debit y account as agreed on the 25/06/13 and you guys only went on the my account on the 04/07/13 which I find totally unacceptable and then a lady called me on friday 12/07/13 and made arrangements with her that you can debit my account on the 25/07/13 for R3247 an it was around 10am on Friday the 12/07/13 and then I found out at lunch time that you guys debited my account and I've been trying the call centre from the 12/07/13 requesting a refund and I was advised to call in on saturday mornning and I called and I was advised to call in again this morning and i did and to my surprise I was advised that the arrangement was made after I had called in requesting a refund and I only called in after 12pm requesting a refund because I made the arrangement in the morning with Dineo and I even spoke with a manager called Raymond beacuse wanted to enquiry why funds were not debited on the 25th... I called this morning and spoke to Olwethu and he advised me that he has escalated my account to the refunds department and they would call me to advise wheter they will refund or not... My installment is R1932 per month..
