Forced to pay for repair effort that went wrong

I sent my Nokia E7 for repairs in January & it was declared BER (Beyond Economic Value). 2 reasons were given: 1. Charging tracks damaged, 2. Components missing. I don't have problems with reason No. 1 coz I saw the damage occurring over a period of time. I disputed reason No. 2, via email, after making several phone calls to Customer Care without getting a satisfactory response. The email responses did not as well address the questions I wanted clarified. I asked:
1. How can a charger push inside the phone to the extent of causing components to drop/fall while there is no physical damage on the charging port other than the tracks? 2. Where there any signs of phone being tempered with prior to your work on it? Since this phone was never repaired by any other, except MTN Repair Centre, who could have removed the components? I don't think even dropping this phone from a height of 2m will cause components inside to fall away without damage to the fragile screen/ body, leaving the phone working as well? 3. If components were missing, why was the phone functioning normally without problems.

I suspect I'm a victim of foul play, a repair effort that went wrong. MTN has not replaced my E7
