Why should I remain loyal to Cell C?

I called on the 27 Dec 2012 & spoke to Busisiwe Mange who logd my query Ref. 122700868, regarding signal problems & why my CY 20 free SMSs per month was stopped. To this day I have not received any feedback.

CY campaign from 2003/2004 was why I joined cellc. Your marketing adds said I would get 20 free sms's every month FOREVER" but guess what, forever ended about 2 years ago when I noticed I was no longer getting my 20 free SMS's. I was upset when your consultant didn't even know the campaign ever existed and told me it ended. How does 4ever end? [fawr-ev-er, fer-] adverb 1. without ever ending; eternally: to last forever.

Signal Issue: Your tech supp is useless. I've had my BIS service activated (R57 pkg) in Dec 2012 and in Jan 2013 & yet my BBM, whatsapp and internet connection would only work for very brief moments with a full signal bar. I'd receive msgs up to 2days later & msgs that I sent would sometimes not even go through at all. I did not re-activate in Feb because I felt ripped off as I was paying for a service I wasn't getting. How is it that when I connect with WiFi through my ADSL modem that I still cannot connect to the internet on my phone. This is!
