Sim not working in Angola

Yesterday I called Vodacom regarding this problem and Sipho tried his best to assist. He promised to call back at 9 today when I would be in possession of pictures of the cell phone screen. He works in a call centre which creates its own problems and perhaps has been unable to call. The phone is on a contract and the phone will be outside the country for 2 months. If the sim can't be sorted out money is being wasted due to us being unable to use the phone. It is imperative that there is a person with an email address that can be contacted to help sort the problem out. Sipho said that this is not possible. It is very difficult for my husband to make the call from Angola to the call centre and just randomly speak to someone. They can either speak to me in SA on my cell no or email him in Angola. Is there anyone able to assist?
