Cell C
No Response In Almost Two Months

Dear HelloPeter

I keep hearing that Cell C will respond but nothing more than "Sipho will contact you" is what i get. Till date its almost two months and i have not yet heard from Sipho. I have now paid two months subscription for a phone that i DO NOT have. I expect a full refund for my last telephonic conversation with Sipho (2months ago) he confirmed my cancellation with a clause that i return my Phone, Charger and all accessories that came with the phone. I have honored my side of the deal.

Is there anyone that can assist me on this Query?
Will HelloPeter take further action against Cell C?
How much longer must i wait before i get a call?

If Sipho cannot handle the query i expect a superior to do so.
