Took day off from work and telkom = no show

More than a month ago i ordered the instillation of a telkom line. Telkom had to get contractors to install a cable first and this was done quickly as contractors normally are. Telkom then had to come install the line running to the house. I made an appointment with them scheduled for today 30/04/13. At 12 no one showed up and i phoned telkom to find out what the problem was. The lady then told me that my appointment was removed from the list. She could not tell me why but no one informed me beforehand and so i took the day off from work. No i am going to have to take another day off from work for when telkom finally decides they are available. Because it seems that's how telkom operates. It seems telkoms CEO Sipho Maseko has enough money and he doesn't need mine as well. So telkom when you finally catch a wake up and find time in your busy schedule to honor your appointments that you made, please let me know cos i am excited to rent this telephone line and pay for your awesome amazing service (excuse the utmost sarcasm)!!!
