R99x24 2GB TOPUP DATA SIM ONLY CONTRACT

Hi,

I am quite happy with the overall service i have received from Cell C Direct, Applied 23rd October and received my simcard yesterday the 31st of October.

Now firstly i asked very nicely to use my own cellc number on the data sim, very clearly we understood eachother i want the R99 2GB topup sim only deal x24 with the extra free 3GB night data 12AM-6AM, as i have my own internet stick. Nice so my simcard is activated and i was allocated a NEW NUMBER? i asked to use my own number, nevermind about that i dont care about that its fine, my issue now is i logged onto the cellc website and under My Cell C account profile it states:

Current Profile
These are the details that appear on our records.
My Cell Number: 074305
My Standard Tariffs: 2GB Smartdata Top-Up for R310.00 every month
(i removed the last four digits of my number)

I am not going to pay R310.00 every month as the verbal contract agreement was agreed to R99.00x24.
I made several phone calls transferring me from the Sales, Accounts, Technical nobody seems to be able to see what im talking about or retrieve my info of the deal?
