I had to upgrade and was promised one thing, signed my contract and received something that was NOT promised!!! mailed Prince, got a response that his manager was listening to the call and till today no one has bothered to get back to me. the fact that management didn't intervene in this entire situation makes it even worse!!! I feel like cancelling my contract, but cannot due to me signing a 24 month contract. Is there any top senior management or at least someone with a brain who can actually sort this out???
