I signed a contract with Aegus Property Management in July or August last year during the second month of moving in Mafadi took over the flat I'm renting and the statements that are sent to me are in the previous tenant's name. I have telephoned Mafadi several time to sort out the issue but they are just Incompetent. My first call the guy had no idea what to do and several calls after that. I later only receive a call from them advising me that Aegus didn't forward my contract and that they will be sending a contract to my building manager for me to sign I'm still waiting for that contract till today. This is really annoying now and it such an Inconvenience I can't apply for things i want to apply for cause i don't have proof of address. This is getting beyond a joke. I'm been stay at LOFT @66 for almost a year now and I'm not bothered that the contract is gonna start from month one i just want my name on the statement
