Hi i laid a complaint with Vodacom on the 17.07.2013.I got a response that it will be sorted out urgently.
I received a phone call from Uraz of Vodacom and want to thank him for following up on the 19.07.2013, and he said he got the complain from hello peter and he said Vodacom are standing by there decision that i signed for the contract even though i was mislead. He asked if anyone phoned me and i said no, didn't receive any communication from anyone. He said he will escalate the matter to management to phone me. It's now 5 days since i posted this complain and haven't received any feedback or solution from Vodacom or Game how to help me in my situation where i find myself. I believe this is totally unacceptable and as a customer i feel that trust has been broken.
