Sim Card not Activated

Phone virgin mobile on the 6th May enquiring why my SIM card display offline, was informed that they need to run checks which did not help. Went to the eastgate outlet on the 10th May requesting SIm swap, waited there for 45 min to activate. Was informed to leave & they will contact me later. Phone Customer service on the 11th May was informed that they are experiencing Technical problem with the change over to the new system & they will contact me. Today is the 14th May sim card still not activated. Still waiting for they call.
