Blackberry roaming service has been activated on my account without my consent. Was informed that it will be rectified last month by Rebecca at complaints, however they keep billing me for this service every month. Been battling with this since May 2013, have to contact Virgin every month. Been Phoning Virgin mobile everyday since the 21/10/2013 until today & spoke to numerous staff members (Lebo/Katlego/Tumisho/ Colly/ Thami). None of them seem to have the decency to contact you. Teamleaders & management are every morning in meetings. Phoned on the 23/10/2013 & spoke Colly. Was informed that she will give me feedback by the 23/10/2013, no response received. Phone today & all management were in a meeting again.
