I joined MTN sometime last year for a data deal. Upon entering the MTN store in the Phoenix Plaza I initially asked for a laptop data deal. On looking at the deals I noticed an attractive data deal. I decided to go with this as I already had a desktop PC.
I then happy awaited my contract approval. Once this was done I made my way back to the store and collected my modem. The sales rep then advised that the modem is a plug and play device and may take some time to install. I agreed as he was the "sales rep". I then plugged the device on my computer... It took 2.5 HOURS to install. I completed troubleshooting. Went through complaints. Was promised follow up and call backs by various agents and supervisors. I only have one name as he replied via e-mail but did not keep to his word, Lance Watson.
