Terrible service and product

A month back i went into game newcastle, saw a 42inch led t.v on special, wanted the t.v but there was no stock, so i took the display unit, was told it takes usb and plays movies, so i also purchased 2 usb, s, had to wait over a hour and a half for the staff to find the manual, remote and base etc, only to take the t.v home and realise that it does not play movies of the usb, took it back only to wait another 45min for staff to test the usb 5 times, if only they knew the products they were selling or read the manual, they would have know that it does not play movies of usb, then i was told they could not replace me with another 42inch t.v i have to take a 40inch, or i can take a refund and WAIT FOR THE T.V TO GO ON SPECIAL!!! So i took a refund40inch to please my son, only to get home and set up this new and see that it was faulty, took it back to game, asked to speak to the manager, i was told he was in a meeting, then told he is coming, only to see a staff member coming he told me with, manager is not in the store, and that there was nothing he could to to sort another t.v out for me, and was told to take refund, ittook my refund and will NEVER SHOP FOR ELECTRONICS AT GAME AGAIN
