I bought a Brother printer on 6/6/2013. When I got home the printer wouldn't turn on. I called Brother support, they walked me through trying to get it to work again and they advised me to return the unit to Makro. I did this on 8/6/2013. Once there returns got it to power up. I returned home with the same unit. Once home I was faced with a replace yellow cartridge error. Back to Makro- they can't help me, have to send it for assessment 7-10 days. As I couldn't wait that long I decided to take it myself. Wait till Monday and take the unit to Mustek service center. They change the cartridge, I take the unit home. I tried to print pages and realize the color quality is inferior. After speaking to Mustek again a service agent came to check the unit and I was told there is no fault with the unit, this is the best quality I can expect. I have contacted Makro repeatedly during June trying to get a refund on this unit as I originally requested when returning it 2 days after sale. I am still waiting for an answer and the printer is back in it's box waiting to be returned.
