I have sent Nelly 4 urgent emails requesting that she call me. Cell C has not been helpful in anyway of resolving this matter & i feel like taking this matter to the UMBUDSMAN. i have also phoned the call centre number having them leave a message to call me BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. You have no decency on how you treat loyal customers. [Email Removed] WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE WHAT KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDER ARE YOU!
