I use MTNloaded email and for the last week I have not been receiving the SMS notification of emails.
I have queried this twice with the call centre, but being hard of hearing I am not able to resolve the problem easily on the phone, but the first time I think the operator said that my email account was disabled, but I was still getting my mail. When asked for the reason for the account being disabled, the line went dead. Today, I tried again, and I was really struggling to hear, but it didn't matter because when I asked questions again, guess what, the line went dead again. MTN do not have an email address to use instead of the call centre, which is ridiculous for people like me. If you are hard of hearing you stay away from phoning, but it doesn't stop you from using a computer, and to have no email backup is shocking. MTN has grown too big and perhaps it is time to move on. I still want know why I have no SMS notifications now though.
