Last week a lady called me looking for my mom cause my account is under her name since I was in high school. never bothered changing the details to my name. so this lady called and I gave her my moms number about the account payment. my mom was not called they just cut off my cell phone and not even my mothers.
I called on Saturday and spoke to a gentlemen who heard what I had to say and said he will activate my cell caus emy mother had made arrangements to pay account. sunday was still not connected . called today, spoke to charmain dube, she was not answering any of my questions and at the end said well u not the account holder so there is nothing I can do. I always call on behalf of my mother, this is the first time I have ever been told that and with the most DIGUSTING attitude I have had in a long long time. please can somebody tell me what is a payment arrangement? at least we called to let yo people know whats going on. we have been with autopage for very very long and we get treated like this. I think I will start looking for another supplie
