Last week I called the Discovery Health call centre to find out why I wasn't receiving email notifications anymore when a claim was made and money was deducted from our savings account, the guy who took my call told me that the system showed him that someone called in and said my email address was no longer active, I was really upset with that response coz neither me or my husband ever called to inform Discovery of such, now I'm really worried that activity can take place on my medical aid. Well the guy apologised and promised me he'll reactivate my email address and I'll start getting notifications again. Last week we brought medication from Clicks, I know clicks claimed the money but I still never received an email notification. Can someone please thoroughly investigate this, I'm really not at ease about it, last year everything went smooth, I got all notifications but this year, we're not even 3 months into the year but there's already hiccups.
