Reorted dead lines 30/09/203 Ref. 569cwk300913. Received sms on 1st Oct 2013 line restored which was not. Made cell call to call centre to inform. On 2/10/2013 received another sms stating fault restored which was not. Made another cell call to call centre who confirmed the line is still down and issue another Ref. 488cwk021013.
Made more follow up cell calls to Telkom call centre on 3/10/2013 and today the 4/10/2013 without any progress nor a visit by anybody from Telkom as promised on each occasion by Call Centre reps.
My question am I expected to pay for a hole week thus for a non service.
