No Loan Phone to be issued

I purchased a Blackberry on account during August 2012, with insurance from Edgars.
The Blackberry is faulty. The Cell phone restarts by itself and does not read my sim card initialization failed error.
I have done a sim swap with the same result.

I went to the store informing them about the issue.
They informed that the Cell Phone is still under warranty and it would take 4-5 weeks for the phone to be returned.

What I am disgusted about is that they informed me that they would not be able to supply me with a loan phone. They told me that other people do not return the loan phones issued to them that's why they cant supply me with one.

This is my only phone that I have and that is why I took out insurance for issues like this.
