I am vberry unhappy with blackberry!!!

I didn't even have the phone 2 weeks then the trackpad started scrolling at times on its own. About a month or so later I just couldent send text msg anymore witch I realize is cell c fault.

As far as I go I hear people complain about a blackberry and nothing is done to fix the situation.

Blackberry should start getting their priorities strait.
