I handed my appliance for repairs at Makro, the staff at Makro are so useless that they don`t understand what you are explaining to them. they end up writing the incorrect information on the booking slip which they hand in to the supplier, which makes further delays the repair. I am currently without my appliance for 4 weeks and I don't have a clue when it will be returned. A message was left for someone to get back to me and I am still waiting. I handed my appliance two times to Makro for repairs. I logged a complaint on their website but they are not bothered about me since they have too many customers
