I have noticed a charge of R135.81 plus vat on my December account for GPRS.The contract is supposed to give us 500 MB of data, so how do they get this amount? Surely an sms would be sent if you are over your data usage amount for the contract applicable? On the account, the total data used is not added up either, making it very user unfriendly. I had months and months of problems with my account and numerous reports on this platform, so please can this be sorted out for once and for all. Was I even given the 500 MB of data as previous months I disputed this too as Autopage loaded the incorrect amount?
