No Service since migration to new not so Smart M

Help,
since Saturday when Vodacom migrated my line from iphone120S to (not so) smart M contract package, I have been in and out of service so many times, each phone call to VodaDom, (using another phone each time off course) has resulted in a fresh excuse and something being done, then I reboot phone, and have signal again for a further maybe 5 minutes to an hour, before my service goes off again!
Please I need answers and I need this resolved today still or else you can come and pick up my supposedly great phone and shove your upgrade package too!

then second point in question:
I have upgraded to Iphone5S phone using Smart M contract with the understanding I will be getting the smart M 300MB data, but also the promotional 500 MB of data as advertised for 24 months! guess what, I got SMS to state that for the next 2 months I will get "hassle free" promo data, I checked this, it turns out to be 300 MB for 2 months!
far short from the 500 MB for 24 months I was promised, I smell #ICASA and Ombudsman fight coming up.

please sort this out.

Also do NOT use the generic "sorry for the issue, our service department will get back to you (if they feel like it, when they want!)"
