Got called by Vodacom 6 times for migration to Smart M package and finally agreed to check it out.
I was told it will work out cheaper and that I will be able to recharge.
Unfortunately what the lady n the phone said was that i can recharge my account at any time, which I later found out was a lie. And when I went to Vodacom Cape Gate they said I should contact Vodacom again to get it reverted telephonic-ally. Also now to revert back to the top up 315s package I was happy with i need to pay in more than R700!!!
I also just found out my previous airtime and data I had saved up will be lost, what kind of compensation will I get back for this?
Vodacom will revert me back or I WILL cancel my contract after several years.
Hope to hear from Vodacom soon.
