Data disappeared!

Hi. I have a Samsung S3 for the last 7 months with MTN. I keep a close eye on my data usage as i know the cost of it. I had wireless internet installed at my home, and i use wifi at work. On the 8th of this month, i checked my data bundle, and to my surprise it was all gone. i hardly ever use the phone outside of wifi areas. I want mtn to prove to me where my data has disappeared to, as i know i havent used it all. I know im only talking about 100MB or so, but still. If MTN can rob me of 100MB, how many others are there? I would like some feedback now as to where it had gone to. The call center staff say they can only do a check when the bill goes through on the 25th. Which is useless to me now. I want answer about the disappearance, or can they justify where my data was used?? A print out would be great, as my monthly bill doesn't come with a full itamized bill. Lets see how great MTN is responding to a 8 year client! (Yes, my contract was taken out in 2005, and have numerous business lines with them.) Regards, ANOTHER unhappy client.
